You may remember a video of Ryan Leslie's freestyle (on piano) to Weezy's Lollipop, here's another one to Yé's Heartless. This guy is MAAAD talented. He can match the chords and pitches on the spot. This doesn't show how talented this guy really is, but this video is dope.
